Dear Little Lambs and Sheep,

How foolish of you. How utterly pathetic and pitiful you are - you spend your days, your nights, huddling in your headquarters and tremble in fear of us. Do you do anything about it? Do you try to make a move? One or two of you, perhaps, but then what happens? You're shunned and scolded by the rest for daring to do what the rest of them don't have the balls for. Don't have the guts.

But that's only because the few brave ones have yet to realize what the rest of you do - that we will win. We will win because we are the ones who do not fear you. We will win because we would rather die than submit to your pathetic concept of 'order'.

And the few of you who pretend to have minds of their own? How pathetic. Oh, Maria you're so 'different'! Boo hoo, boo hoo! Who cares if you believe in the God you work for? Why should I care about your differences? Are you really such a twit to not realize that you, like all of Asgard, do not come from the same world as the others? That the only similarity between each of you is that you will die, rotting and screaming and begging for the rest of your failed team to rescue you from what is to come? Oh, yes. You're going to die. If you thought your home was bad, oh, sweetheart, just wait until I get my hands on you.

Others on the list of oh-so-specials: Alessa. God may forgive you - but Satan never will, and he will wrench you from under Metatron's protection. Mitch. You seem so...unhappy. Boo hoo, Blythe, with no eyes, would you rather I give you the ability to see all the unpleasant truths of the worlds? And let's not forget precious little L'Arachel, who doesn't know that the most loyal, the most regal, the truest believer is always the one who breaks, falls and becomes a festering evil. I'll stop listing - I'm getting bored with how pathetic you all are.

Do you know why you're cursed?

Because God chose you.

Do you know why Metatron is sick right now?

Because he's being punished for God's sins. And you will die for both of them - and Metatron will watch, useless and unable to do anything for his precious sheep that could never shine the way he wanted them to. All you had to do was try your best, but could you do that for your precious leader?

Ingrates. Fools. Pathetic lot, all of you.

So I bring you a gift to show you a small glimpse of what is to come as your Metatron rots - physically and mentally - from his one vice: The vice of loving others too much. Remember when you look upon him, children, that you are the ones who are to blame for what is happening to him.

[OOC: The barn, gardens, etc. are all burning fiercely outside of Asgard. Everyone who would, should rush outside to try to put out the terrible fires. I will make a thread for anyone who wants to thread their involvement - you can still participate without threading, it just means you helped out on a different section of the fire than some of the others. The idea is that everyone will become so busy A) Putting out the fires and B) Protecting the ones putting out the fires in case Niflheim attacks that the meeting will be delayed.]
