[Private to Dr. Cox] Paging Mr. Altruism.
[Private to Dr. Cox in the form of a black orb that floats around until it finds him and waits to transfer replies.]

Paging Mr. Altruism. Paging Mr. Altruism. Hello, Doctor Do-the-job-right. You've been doin' well. Good on you.

Now. To cover something rather important.

Don't be a total idiot. When it comes to Strix, I have plenty of ways to supply blood for her. The minute you need to get her any, I'll find her a brainy donor.

If you absolutely want to put the rest of your patients at risk - for i'm sure you'll be having to deal with several at a time - because you're tired, exhausted, boohoo lightheaded, go ahead. I'll enjoy a good laugh when you mess up.

Oh good, I won't have to become a willing victim to Murder She Wrote. Now, as for the rest of your gosh darned 'I told ya so' comments. At the time, I wasn't quite informed as to what exactly could be provided. But, now that I know I'm going to make damned sure my blood stays in my veins. And considering, and you've got to admit I have, i've been doing a good job at keeping my shock at bay to do my job. If you really want to help, maybe a list of things you can and cannot supply would be good. If you aren't going to be any more help then this bit of happy-go-lucky info then stay out of my way and let me do my damned job.
